you never even gave me a chance
just hit me with that sideways glance
burning holes in my heart
you never even have me a chance to start
you just shut me down
you punctured my soul with a burning lance
i never wanted a shiny crown
only to escape that sideways glance
but you dont care about me
my dreams are just annoyances to you
you dont even try and see
see that it is you that stands to lose
when you kill me with that look
i look into my soul
i think about all you took
to try and feel your hole
but i know you never can
never stop your pain
you i should have along time ago i should have ran
but your look would follow me and make it plain
