Gone, by Silent Mobius
|
I lie in bed and caress the spot
where your body used to lay next to mine
I miss you...
I sleep and hear your voice whispering in my ear,
your breath on my neck,
feel your hand on my thigh.
Then I wake tormented again by dreams of
what used to be,
what never will be again.
Why waken only to find you missing?
To realize once again how much I miss you
Dreaming...
Engulfed in memories of us again.
How long can I stay
hidden in my world of imagination?
Pretending that we can still be together,
even though you've gone.
Gone to a place I can not follow. |
