They tell me how rediculous I look as i jump around and
panic.
They try to reason but I can't take it anymore.
My head starts hurting.
I can't escape the situation and I look like a fool.
Tears fall without even trying, they just need to come out.
You don't know how im feeling
This sick anxious feeling that takes over my mind.
I can't sit still, I want to run away.
My mind can't think straight.
It's blurred with negative thoughts racing over and over.
I can't make sense of anything. 
I cannot fight the anxiety when it takes over.
