It's Dark In Here, by Anthony Cardon Subscribe to rss feed for Anthony Cardon

Mummy,

It’s dark in here.

Mummy,

Why aren’t you there?

I am lonely,

I am confused.

Oh, where is the light

That once showed me my path?

Someone is watching me,

I can feel it.

I can’t look back,

I’m locked in time.

Is it you, Mummy?

If it is,

Talk to me.

Talk to me.

Don’t just stand there.

My sanity is fading.

I am only alone.

I’m only alone.

I’ve been lonely all along.

It’s not such a big deal.

I’ve come used to it.

But, it’s dark.

I…I can’t breathe.

What are you doing Mummy?

Can’t you hear me?

I’m wheezing for breathe.

Take me into your arms

And make me yours again.

Where am I?
No, I know.

I’ve been here all along,

Just enjoying my silence.

But, it isn’t silent anymore.

I can hear scary people talking…lots of them,

But not your voice.

Mummy, it’s dark in here.

Mummy,

It’s dark in here.

Don’t leave me…

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
