*Nostaliga for the lost days, by Acushla
|
The cool wind whispers softly
of those past memories
A nostalgia for the lost days
when we were one entity
These swaying trees enchant me;
their leaves a dulcet song
Your name they chant, and lure me in
to the forest of which I long
And as the night draws closer,
the moon apppears above
A guide into this now heartless realm
Where one thing lived, our love.
I wait in vain here for you
Perhaps you'll remember our star
The one that shot right by us
When you promised you'd never be far
But now you're no where near me
Not even close enough to see
We'll never be together again
You will never again love me. |
