The sun sets down on my empty heart
My soul is dragged and pulled below
The moon slowly rises now
I wish I could go along for the ride
But not alone
I want to be taken far away
To a place where life is beautiful
Where no tears fall
And limbs don't break
Where hearts are spared
And love is always in the air
It was then my tears did fall
And formed lakes upon the icy ground
But your smile brightened my days
And lasted me through the lonely nights
You're the man from all my dreams
And the hero from my fantasies
Come closer, up into my open arms
And ride the moon away with me
