A sister is someone, in whom you can depend,
If you need a shoulder to cry, hers you can lend.
A sister is some one in whom you can confide,
Tell secrets and things she'll promise to hide.
A sister knows your true emotions,
And she's there through all life's commotions.
A sister is more than a friend, 
A guiding light until the end.
My sister is the best,
She always puts my faith to the test.
Not knowing where I am going,
She's in the lead and showing.
Life would be so plain,
Full of so much strain,
Without her to put love in her name.
She makes life a bit of a game,
Through life's fortune and fame.
Never quick to blame, she listens,
And so her feelings quicken.
Never wanting to look back,
And see what we did lack.
She'll be there for always,
