Grew up Alone, by LostSoul
|
Grew up alone
In a strange land
No rules for this little young man
I remember the time when I walked on sands
Only to feel the hotness of the white sands
Never knew my folks 'till I was nine
But it was alright I lived just fine
Grew up alone
And I'm used to it
Don't think I'm liking it
But it's fine I'm used to it
I was always free then,
No rules, no shame
Just playing games
Then came to this foreign land
A stranger to all the lands
Didn't even know what to make of it
This land has now become my home
Given me a chance to roam
Now I'm home but still alone
Grew up alone
And I'm used to it
Don't think I'm liking it
But it's fine I'm used to it
