to hold in the tears we dont want to cry
to keep all of our pain trapped inside

to try and show the outer world happiness is there
or else the world would be filled with fear

to tell yourself that your in denile
and that is why in the mirror you see a smile

             LAUGHTER IS A SUPPRESSER

laughing suppreses whatever you dont want to feel
but it just cant bandage that wound that wont heal

laughing is only a cover up for all that abuse
whether its verbal, physical, or emotional use
