It's The Rebel In Me, by LostSoul

Fee Phi Pho Phum
This is how the story begun
Life takes a swipe, it's on the attack
I duck, swerve and get ready to strike back
It's the rebel in me
Life takes a knife and stab it through my heart
I laugh and stare back and say is that all that you got
life
You can't get me down too long on strife
It's the rebel in me
Life takes a wild swing and hits me in the back
I fall, falling like a crumbling leaf
Life took me like a thief
But when you think I'm about to fade away
The wind carries me and I find my way
I'm reborn like a branch cut from out of a tree
A new seed and I'm free
It's the rebel in me
Life's about to shoot to kill
Trying to put me out of my misery
But I laugh, ha!! please you don't know me
I'm ready for what you got
And I'm ready for what not
It's the rebel in me
Eyes bloodshot
Hands shaking
Heart beating so fast
I fight, I won't give up
I'll never give up
Eyes focused
Hands clenched
Heart controlled
Emotions rush
Screeching scream
CHARGE!!!!!!!
Take that Life
It's the rebel in me. |
