I Told You, by Invisible Poet
|
You asked me why we fought
late last night
i told you what i thought
i dont care if we fight
i told you i didnt care
if you ever woke up from your sleep
now its time to get up and your not there
and my promise do i keep
i dont care that your gone
i told you i hated you
you said this was done
you said i wouldn't know what to do
I told you, i wouldn't cry
i told you, i wouldn't lie
You laughed and went to bed
never again to move your head.
every one asks how i feel
i say, i couldn't be better
we made a deal
if you died id write you a letter
here you go
hope you cry when you read it to
but its time for you to go
and you know your son, will not mourn you

this is very good, it has feelings behind it, not sad or depressed but relieved. I cant really say sorry for that but i say it anyway.
