never there, by kristin fricke
|
Since I was Little I used to sit by the window
Waiting for you to come
I would hear a car drive down the road
Jump up and look through the curtains
But it wasn't you
Never there that's what I remember
I grew wiser,no longer sitting by the window waiting for
you
You started to come and see us
but really your never there.
On birthdays i would wait for you
When I blew out my candles I'd wish you'd come
even now I still wish,But sill since then
I grew older and stronger
But now your hear, everyday you want me to see you
some how I do, but still when I'm with you
Your never there! |
