The Dark Ones, by Invisible Poet
|
You say they hide my story
You said they were my mystery
You say i see them poorly
But you'll have to guess there history
They gaze into your baby blues
Wondering why you Love the Dark
They never change there hues
there soul is barren and stark
Deep beneath the pain of this place
beneath my dark ones my pain lies bare
but when you gaze upon my face
When you gaze upon the pair
You see the happiness within
that only you can bring to the surface
To my face you bring a smile oh so thin
My dark ones make you breathe at a rapid pace
Waking to your eyes staring into mine
thats the only feeling worth feeling
And on these emotions i will dine
To help our heart with the healing.

Beautiful. Dark romance... it has a smoke and mirrors feel to it that I really quite like. |
