What's wrong with the world today Has everyone gone crazy and lost their way You can see kids killing each other Feels like no one has a mother Lost to this life, this struggle Seems like everything is a haggle Every truth is blended with a lie Every face is covered with disguise Don't even know who to trust in this life Everyone is covered with strife And everyone want's to stab each other with a knife You can blame it on life, one big lie, I'd rather die You walk down the street and you see the homeless cry No one gives a damn there too busy, just too damn shy No one cares until your stuck in that position This whole world is in a predicament Even premonition can't stop this revolving revolution So as I sit here and wonder and contemplate about life And I think about everyone I've met I ask myself, is this it Is there something better than this Or is there more that I've probably missed And it always goes back to who I am What I do is what makes me a man A simple man, with a simple plan Just keep going forward and hope and dream...
