Invisible Poet, by Invisible Poet
|
I write my poems in whispers
so that i am never heard
I write my poems for no one but her
and in my verses i am free as a bird
The hushsed voice of mine
that you strain to hear
is anything but divine
when you read my work your looking in a mirror
do not praise me
for i am nothing to praise for
it is best if you never see
for i am no less and no more
I remain invisible
to those scrying eyes
the ones that hunt for the able
the ones that only see the lies
I will remain hidden
me they will never get
I will remain unseen
for i am an Invisible Poet
