The New Improved You

As I lay seducing your rotting corpse, I look deep into your hollowed eyes, Which were once blue, but full of lies. I reminisce all of the grief, That you once presented me, Now it’s just a prodigious relief, That I have set myself free. As I admire my gory work, I suffer no despair, Nor do I feel a sliver of shame, While stroking through your hair.
