To say you know me is a lie. You cant even imagine the
tears
ive cried. You've never felt my heartache or pain. You dont
understand the reason i walk through the rain. Ive never
told u about my past. You cant imagine the pain that last.
Through my life ive been judge by people, who dont know who
i am. Ive been told i cant when i know i can. This world
and
the people in it are cruel. Too many times ive been
somebodys fool. You may be able to relate. But everyone
leads a different fate. Ive seen the bruises that cover me.
But i cover them up so no one can see. I dont let you hear
my silent screams. I refuse to share with you my secrets
and
dreams. How can you say that you know me? You only know the
carefree girl you see. Beneath my smile is my tears. Under
my happiness lies my fears. I dont want your pity or for
you
to care. Ill let you go on not noticing im there. So go on
to believe me to be so happy and carefree. Too bad thats
not
me.
