Hurtful Words, Fragile Minds, by MAC
|
Frustrations runs through veins
Bringing refreshed pain
Biting words flowing from the mind
Making the thoughts insane
Hurtful words straight to the heart
Piercing for some fresh blood
Can’t stop the emotional build up
So the tears start to flood
Be weary of words spoken
Words that pierce right through the heart
Be weary of the damaging words
That can rip the heart apart
Some will scream for release
There are some that will cry
Some become empty inside
And lose the ability to try
Hurtful words that are said
Can damage the fragile mind
Know what is said, before spoken
And make those words be kind |

How True! whoever said words cannot hurt you , is a liar. they may not hurt physically, but yes, they can; for words settle deep within a body and tear you up inside out! this poem is so true and this truth is beautifully written. |
