She denied the truth
Wrote in the holy book of lies
She forced back the tears
Covering her eyes
Evil is what she saw
Darkness over her fell
Nothing could be distinguished
At least, she couldn’t tell
She looked deeply into the mirror
And hated everything she seen
She wished she was someone else
For she was covered in sin
She dropped her hand atop the counter
And grabbed the nearest object
Crashing the mirror in front of her
Cracks and shreds were all that was left
She dropped to her knees
Picked up a piece of glass
She sliced her wrists for pain
With a burst, she gasps
