I could say that I hated you, by If It Wasnt For The Broken Hearts Where Would I Be
|
I could say that I hated you
For all the times you made me sad
For the times you made me break down and cry
And for the times you treated me so bad
But instead I’ll say that I loved you
For making me smile
For taking my cares away
And for making me happier for a while
I could say that I hated you
For letting me fall
For making me so weak
For giving me everything and then keeping it all
But instead I’ll say I loved you
For holding my hand
For giving me strength when I had none
For pretending to understand
I could say that I hated you
Because you lied all along
Because you are so weak and pathetic
But you pretended to be strong
But instead I’ll say I loved you
For giving me a fairytale
For showing all your weaknesses
For ignoring when I failed
I could say I hated you
For treating me like a whore
For reducing me to nothing
But still demanding more
But instead I’ll say I loved you
Because I cant hate you any longer
You broke my heart into pieces
But thanks to you. I’m a million times stronger.
