I Will, by Invisible Poet
|
I wait for tomorrow
to heal the wounds of today
to make scarce my sorrow
i wait for you to take my fear away
i am trapped within my own shell
flesh, and blood am i
i have to be more, of weakness i cannot tell
i must gaze into your soothing eye
and let my feelings flow
from my body like river from broken dam
within these currents i must row
and show you who i am
i will give you my heart, my soul, my last breath
i will walk to you no matter the mile
I will follow you into the embrace of death
I will not rest until i am the reason for your smile
when i am with you, i am invincible
when away i fall apart
i dont know if you find me believable
but i will lovingly give you my heart...
