Isnt it funny how 
she cries so loud
but yet no one hears a sound
Because she scared to open her mouth

She puts on her makeup
praying he wont wake up

she  says nothing bc she doesnt want people to worry
even tho every night she tells him "please dont hurt me"

with every hit she takes
is another part of her tht breaks

she lets him keep it up
bc she knows it would be worse if she dare says "I've had
enough"

She prays every night
believeing God will make it right
They got into another fight
but she refuses to cry

Her bestfriend sees somethings wrong
he keeps his mouth shut in fear its gone on to long

She keeps her tears in check
and her hair down over her neck

with sunglasses on 
no one can see the things gone wrong

She tried so hard to make herself right
that what they said about him wasnt true
but she knew they knew.

his nights out late
and cheating with Kate
that night was her only escape

She didnt pack her bags 
or take her purse.
She didnt want anything of hers.

She left his car and removed all the jewlry he made her
wear.
She didnt kno where she was going but she knew she couldnt
be there.

After he was gone and out of sight
She smashed herself cellphone and ran outside.

If she ran fast enough she could hide.
Leaving all the things behind

If he found her
she knew that would be the end
so she ran til she met her bestfriend

He promised to get her far away
he gave her a fone and made her promise to call
he apologized many times for not seeing what was wrong

Her bestfriend gave her the keys telling her to run
That he'll tell her mom. 
not to turn back 

He tossed more money in the console 
telling her its time to go
he told her to just drive dont stay anywhere more then a
day
promising to meet her in their spot 2 states away

She wanted to go somewhere she felt safe
thought she couldnt go home
She called her mother and said "if its him dont answer the
fone"

She ran from the car to the hotel room 
a secret place her and her friend made to stow away
but there he was in the door way. 

She tried to run 
but when it came to keepin her quite he always won

She hit the wall 
and the lamp on the table fell off. 

Many things fell and crashed 
all the loud noises would only last. 

she knew 
what he was trying to do

Her friend was a week away
nothing she would do would help her today

It all flashed and she was gone
no one ever thought she would die alone

at the funeral her friend dressed in black
he cried all night
bc he seen the end of her life.
