I see the moon light
shine on the sheen, cool river
dancing from the sky
light shines so brightly
bouncing from river, to path
the sun lights the day
rain drips down the roof
water trickles through the cracks
dripping on the floor
lillies bloom today
swaying in the wind today
on the green, grass hill
life leaves her slowly
death will soon take over her
she slips into dark |

| So depressing, but still beautiful.. It takes a real poet to be able to bring beauty from emotional darkness. |
