The Ballad Of Candis And Marsha, by Lovecrafter
|
Candis and Marsha were
Good friends with a big secret
Hidden in their dark freezer
Was what left of their affairs
Candis was the cooker
She could never trust a man
So she broke all the way down
And learned how to trees them instead
Marsha was the fisher
She was always beaten down
So she picked up some new tricks
And put on her lipstick and lures
One day Marsha met Lou
And fell in love with the brute
When Candis tried to bake him
Marsha grabbed her and they both fell in
It turns out Lou was a PI
Who had bit off more than he could chew
When he escaped their clutches
He sold their story to the tabloids
That was the ballad of
Candis the cannibal
And Marrsha the maneater
They knew that love was gonna do them in
Okay, is this poem disturbing or wicked awesome? |
