Trapped inside this life.
Running fast with nowhere to hide.
Strict emotions running deep,
love is love, 
awake or asleep.
Crying so loud,
everyone can hear it.
A human living as a trapped spirit.
Living day by day,
praying that if I close my eyes
you'll go away,
but my heart says 
you're here to stay.
My heart has been broken so
many times, 
so many times that 
it won't abide,
I will only cry, 
then wither and die.
I'm not done suffering
the pain of my loss.
I've been double crossed,
emotionally I am lost.
So close, yet no where near it.
I'm nothing more, 
than an emotionally drained 
trapped spirit.
