When You Were Here, by Ky Moet
|
When you were here i felt like i had a real father
Even though you weren't my biological father
You were always there for me
It was never I it was always we
As i got to know u you the devil had someone take u from me
We never even got a chance to say goodbye
Instead we said see you later
You were fun and never lied
Since I never met my dad back then
You were the Father I always wanted but never had
You made me realize what a real Father would do with his
children
Picking me up from school and droping me off
Going to get sneakers and to McDonald's
We had fun and i had someone else to trust
When you were here my life was wonderful
When you were here i felt more safe
When u were here u never forgot about me
When you were here you treated me like one of yours
When you were here
I MISS YOU DAY-DAY |
