of words define the love we seek
when all of what it means create
these thousands knives of pain and curse
stab-cut the chest of |you| of |i|
to fall into our own disgrace
of crazy-dizzy-selfish-wants:

for you and i remember when
our love was grown like birds in air
flying gliding-- rugged mountains
where heaven's clouds hug-kissed the earth
as day smoothly bowed its knees
