Chasing The Dragon, by Dope Sick Love
|
Moments to follow letting you inside,
well, who knew pain could so quickly subside?
Deceived by your false sense of serenity,
deprived of any past identity.
Days at a time solely involve aspirations of decomposition,
inspired by my ongoing fruition.
Mind got body convinced: "You never felt so well."
Body can't exist without you, but organs are soon to fail,
what the hell?
Plagued, tormented by aching joints.
On some unverified occasion, collapsed all entry points.
Only one option left... inhalation.
This walking corpse screaming in protest to starvation.
Still I breathe you in, all over again.
Longing for your comforting presence in vein. |
