Forever, Someday, by moondaisy
|
As I turn yet once again,
I catch a setting sun,
Upon it's golden pathway,
I'd love to run.
It leads nowhere, yet here.
The best place ever.
Watching fighting waves,
Drowning in sadness.
So I sit on a bench near by,
And wait....
Until the sea meets the sky,
In darkness.
Moonlight helps me find my way,
Back to were I started.
Tide runs in,
To be chased back out.
Erasing footprints,
Just to be replaced |
