Take a Hit, by TheGirlThatCantBetTouched
|
His eyes filled with guilt, shock and blame,
He knew we’d never be the same,
The blood that drips from my face,
Red and thick, satin silk lace,
He glares with eyes that freeze my heart,
I didn’t realise that this was only the start,
His temper grows with every hit
That’s when he knows he’s the culprit,
He leaves me to whimper over the pain,
Now he will see what he will gain,
I stay here by force, no choice to leave,
And now it’s my turn to cry and grieve.
