Poems, he wrote a few
He stole my heart
Always by my side,
Then we ended in the slue

Time went by slowly
I had love less than holy
I slept around
And drank a lot
No man had my heart, soley

Then I met a gorgeous man
No average Steve, Bob or Stan
He treated me right
No games were played
He understood my short attention span

Still he stayed, despite my flaws
We are the couple causing all those "AW!"s
He is mine forever
Unlike the other
Who shredded my heart, made it raw

Dear one, please know this
You may feel sparks and bliss
