Gazing off into the sunset Drifting off into space Wondering why I was put here Would anyone miss me if I was gone Wanting to leave this place Vanished without a trace Pack my bags and yours Want to leave it all behind The problems, pains, and tribulations Don’t know how much more Of this I can take Been put through hell and back----twice Not wanting to run and hide Want to leave here with you by my side Dreaming of something better A different place from here Looking at the glow from behind the mountains And wondering what is over there Anything is better than this place Want to leave it all behind Take a part of this place with me Can’t go anywhere in this life and next Without your support and guidance No one would miss me So why not give it a try Find something better than hell Would I be missed Leaving this place without a trace Wondering and dreaming Gazing off into the sunset
