Gazing off into the sunset
Drifting off into space
Wondering why I was put here
Would anyone miss me if I was gone
Wanting to leave this place
Vanished without a trace
Pack my bags and yours
Want to leave it all behind
The problems, pains, and tribulations
Don’t know how much more
Of this I can take
Been put through hell and back----twice
Not wanting to run and hide
Want to leave here with you by my side
Dreaming of something better
A different place from here
Looking at the glow from behind the mountains
And wondering what is over there
Anything is better than this place

Take a part of this place with me
