My thoughts are haunting me There are things I should be doing And things I shouldn't I can't seem to pay attention to which is which My house is a mess: I'm packing and throwing Unpacking and washing Writing and reading Playing and meditating I want what I want I want to do what I want Yet things that I must do Control my thoughts My conscience speaks to me Do what you must not what you want It says I hate my conscience
