Plaque of stone,
 Reads:
My heart is now in it's rightful home,
 10 feet under,
Burried deep,
 Everthing as it's
Meant to be.
 Throw away my pictures,
Forget my birth,
 Lying to yourself only makes it worse..
Dont act as if
 This isn't what's best
...as if it hurts you or 
               anyone else...
