Notice Her., by Bring Me That So Called Nicotine
|
Have you taken some time.
Some days I know you need to unwind.
Her shiny and blue eyes only cry for you,
but you don't seem to have a clue.
Days you come home late.
Her wrist are already split.
Days you deny her hugs.
Her throat is already hung.
In the closet she dies for you?
So notice her, the young woman that cries.
Have you noticed her yet.
GI Joe, he hides under the staircase.
He wants to be alone.
Hidden from you, the one with the iron fist.
Playing with Barbie is a no no.
Days you come home early.
Catching him in mothers make-up.
You scream and you shout,
"But Dad, I'm a girl!"
He shouts.
So notice her, the young girl in his body.
Lower your hand and love her.
Have you noticed her yet? |
