You Are, by *~Mik@y1@~*
|
You are sunshine
On a cloudy day.
You’re a miracle
When things aren’t going my way.
You’re a flower,
The prettiest bloom of spring.
You’re the finger
With a big diamond ring.
You’re a cool breeze
In the summer heat.
You’re a piece of chocolate cake,
A really sweet treat.
You’re new clothes
Or a shiny new sports car.
You are perfect
Just the way you are.
You’re the joy
Of a baby’s first cry.
You’re a cool car with the top down,
Cruising under the clear blue sky.
You are like treasure,
Or my favorite book
You’re the one,
Who my heart, took.
You are my shelter
And my rock.
All the hardship and pain,
You easily block.
You are the candle
That lights up my night.
You are my comfort
The way you hold me tight.
You are like Christmas—
You bring me so much joy.
You are really
The most perfect boy.
You are my everything,
Anything I could want or need.
You are like a lot of money,
Most wonderful indeed.
You are perfect,
I’ve told you before.
Please don’t ever change,
You’re everything I could ask for. © |
