Weather for Two

By Markuz

The rain fell hard with furied fists and a hastened wind joined the dark lonesome night and the skies cried out in booms and bright lights with little to proce that a calm was in sight The light white snow fell by inches at once leaving frozen white landscape, doldrumsic and such by all means confined to an open inside leaving abysal white views from a window's sight And in the course of a year it rained and snowed and burnt a blistering heat and the winds blew strong and the storms grew longer than most we had yet come to meet And then there were days which lacked both rain and snow but instead were content with the sun and the winds blew fine and the storms had subsided while our trouble were quietly undone But not just in these fine days find relief for the rain and the snow and the blistering heat offered more that just physical; something beautiful and true and throughout the year we basked and lingered in weather made for two
