patience in the night, by twisted bean
|
the cold air taunts me
haunts me?
taunts me
the cold air taunts me
and turns me off
i shiver uncomfortably
unwillingly
uncomfortably
i shiver uncomfortably
the cold air taunts on
where did the summer go
what happened to the happy daze
what made the rest of the world
become so cold
where are some good memories
what happened to those childhood dreams
what made everything about life
become so dull
i sit here rather peacefully
anxiously
yet peacefully
i sit here rather peacefully
but the anger never dies
i wait here for the ending
the beginning?
the ending.
i wait here for the ending
but nothing ever comes |
