Hey Heaven!, by Tim Pozzi
|
Pin down the pieces
but obscure the big picture.
As a footnote,
don't treasure minutes but
the entire day's worth of memories.
These words don't stick,
they fix only mindsets open to pliability,
only factories for momentary pleasure.
Unbutton that dream-sky
old-time fiction.
Let it all out,
drown in proverbial wisdom
as you shout "Love will only kill you!"
Couldn't be more true. |
