Change The World

It takes courage to be different You know the world wont change... Even though it can. You need to take a stand. Society has closed the door on every mind, It's captured all the innocence and lost its reason to be kind. Don't know if im strong enough to face the world alone, Don't know how I'd cope without the place i call home. The further you climb the harder you fall, Won't be long before you have nothing left at all. With several empty bottles and countless endless dreams, Its taken far past the most extreme. Places we thought would last a hundred years, Fall short on unseeing eyes and unhearing ears. What happened to all the morals, in this more or less world? Freedoms that have faltered, and rights that have been altered. It takes courage to be different You know the world wont change... Even though it can. You need to take a stand. We'll try this one step at a time..
