who takes the pain away
who helps me see tomorrow
and the mistakes from yesterday
i hope he doesn't change
or become a different man
i hope he'll wipe my tears
and help me learn to stand
im glad i have my brother
who in dads mold he set
who remembers the good times
and the bad he knows to forget
he never has to shout
his voice is always heard
and i hang on so completely
to his each and every word
