Trees on Campus , by P.Paan
|
The trees sway from side to side,
Move freely as the wind goes by.
Their leaves twist and turn,
Warmth from the sun
Is all they earn.
Stand upright their leaves sparkle
Dead, alive, dead, alive, dead,
Their cycle |

Thanks for your comment on my poem! I really like this one! It has amazing rhythm and flow to it. I like to sit on my campus and watch the leaves dance too =] I particularly like the lines "warmth from the sun is all they earn". Says a lot in a little! |
