thoughts so dark, I can't think clearly
stone dragged feet, and a mind too weary
the fire grew too fast to be controlled 
no doubt this pain has taken its toll
awake from the dreams to go back to my nightmare 
through words this pain I cannot share
I just can't find any solutions
everyday my grip on sanity loosens 
the smiles I give now are just for show
but the anguish i feel they'll never know
