but that was when you hated me so.


and now, that has passed
faded, but not left me jaded

and yet it lingers
on a thread
knowing that
i would not, not want you
if you wanted me...

but you like her and that's all fine
i guess i had my chance
and the mistakes are mine,
times did not
line up so neat
but hey
we're still friends
and that's a cool feat.

she doesn't want you now
i hpoe you know
her best friend loves you
and out with you becuase of this
she can never go...
it's a sad fact and a hurting one too
i don't know what i can say
other than i'll be here for you.

im proud of you
telling her you'd wait
it's kinda creepy
but who wants to miss out on fate?
i think it's sweet
in a way..
but she isn't going to change her mind
not in just a few days...

she does like you
and has for awhile
but hurting her best friend
cramps her style.
