Broken Computers

By Roderick Veach

what if we could shed our skin and forget all our memories maybe we could be repaired like broken computers when I forget my past pick a new name for me tell me who I'm sposed to be but don't let me be anything like me they say we all deserve a second chance but everyone dies the first time round and what comes after that judgement or oblivion there's no owners manual to life we look towards the heavens and strive for the better to few precious thing we hold tight but everyone falls down sometimes bodies in motion how odd it is to be alive fantastic like Lewis Carrol said Major Tom to his wife eye's closed you questions we'll never know why she cries out in sorrow it's always goodbye
