He was sittin in his cell stressin away waitin for the day when they would let him see his baby Free from the gates away from all the hate all he ever wanted to do was hold her and take the worries away cause she don't know him like shes suppose to but you're her daddy so that's the reason she should be close to you you hold a spot in my heart no one will ever take so having you baby girl was no mistake sittin in jail my (all my life) losing all of my pride (all of my pride) daughter in the streets her daddy is all she really needs i said to her baby girl don't cry don't you cry hold your head up high hold it up high know that daddy's sorry but he'll be seeing you real soon I promise you it's been a couple months hope it doesn't turn into years cause years turn into tears how did i end up in here No this was no expected it was hard for mommy to grasp it i know im outta sight see that when i look you in your eyes
