“Ok, I’ve done for today”, Josh said and put the
joystick down the coffee table.
The guy who was sitting next to him on the sofa put down the
joystick as well. His name was Fred, often called Freddy by
his fellows who were students just like him at the
University of Toronto. Fred turned to Josh, took a sip of
beer and asked: “So, what would you say?”
Josh looked around as he was looking for the right answer.
Two fellows were sitting in the middle sized bedroom with 42
inch TV right in front of them. At the left side of them
there was a window, at the right side there was the closet
with many clothes, university and personal supply placed in
much disorganised way. Josh took a long look at the window
– it was getting dark.
“That game, “Shadow Warrior” is really nice one,
wouldn’t you agree?” said Fred. 
Josh looked at him and finally said “You know, it really
takes sheer joy to play those consoles. But after hours and
days of playing and eating nothing else, but pizza, chips,
hot dogs and hamburgers, you simply.., cannot deny that
there is… something more in this life, more than just
video games and food”. 
“O yeah, there is a lovely drink like this beer” Freed
cheerfully agreed. “Also, there are nice chicks which we
could have sex with”. 
“What I really mean” Josh said “That you and I are
students at the big university. We are enrolled into serious
academic program. That means we suppose to learn
something”.
“What the hell are you talking about?” Fred said
indignantly. What university, what program?! I haven’t
completed the 3rdh level of private game at Shadow Warrior,
and you are talking about some bull crap university!”
Josh looked at TV screen. It looked like he was
contemplating about what to do next.
“Do you want to play again?” Fred inquired.
“Freddy, do you know that yesterday there was exam in
biochemistry and that we didn’t even bother to attend
it?”
“As far as I can recall, yesterday, you and I were
finishing “Call of Duty 5” game”, Fred slowly replied.
I was among the best players here”. 
Josh eyes rounded up “Don’t you get it Freddy? All those
video games are fun, but they really take away us from the
main course of getting bachelor degree in biology?”
While hearing that Fred, started laughing “Joke on you, I
completed all courses in physics”. 
Josh stared at his roommate
“Freddy what are you talking about?! We are not taking
bachelor programs in physics. We are enrolled in the
bachelor program of biology! 
“Really?!” Freddy gaped. “Wait, we are students at
Ryerson university aren’t we?
“Let me remember. It took so long since we visited the
faculty” Josh slowly answered. “I think that we are the
students at The University of Toronto”
“Ah, who cares” Fred swept his hand “As long as I am
in games, the life is awesome”
“No Freddy” said John “Those many days of playing and
playing have really rotting our brains. There are much more
than fun. There are also some other, quite important things
like studying.  I think it is time for us to buckle down and
work. I don’t know how about you, but I will go in the
study room to read biochemistry. Tomorrow, I will talk to
the professor of Biochemistry.., darn forgot his name. I
will ask him that he will forgive our absence during major
exam. If not, I will try to bribe him. Do you want to come
with me?”
“No way Josh” Fred replied. I don’t care about those
stinking studies. 
“But frankly to say, Fred, if you and I will not going to
study, we will eventually will be expelled.”
“Leave it to our parents – they will take care about”
“Don’t you think, that we are taking advantage to much
of our parents. I am sorry to say, Freddy” Josh continued,
“But I start feeling that you don’t care about anything
but video games. But eventually we have to learn how to
making living and video games will not going to be much help
here…”
“Screw you Josh!” Freddy snapped. “Games are one of
the greatest things to experience. Once you grown up to be
as wise as me, you will understand. Ok you go be a dork and
study while I go outside for smoke”.
Josh went down to study room where he opened the book of
biochemistry. But no matter how he tried, he could grasp
anything from it. He tried to submerge his head into the
book, tried to chew pages, tried to microwave them with
butter and later on eat them – no results. Suddenly,
somebody patted him on the shoulder. Josh quickly turned
around and saw 12 years old girl in front of him. She smiled
and winked at him. 
“Treat book nicely or I will swallow you!” she demanded
and opened her huge mouth very-very wide.
Josh stood from his chair and looked insight huge mouth with
sheer awe.
“What are you waiting for, go insight” girl said, “You
will find your friend here. But don’t forget to remove
your shoes and socks. I want to feel the deliciousness of
your feet.” 
So, Josh removed his shoes, took off his socks and slowly
made first step over the row of huge teeth to feel most
softness of tongue. While walking insight the mouth, he
found a parrot sitting on the fang.
“Can you say something? Josh asked him, but the parrot
flew away with the words “What an idiot”. 
Deep down the mouth, Josh met his classmate Freddy hugging
the orange crocodile. Upon noticing his roommate Freddy,
moved few inch away from crocodile and said “Hey Josh,
this is weird. Half an hour before, I went outside for a
smoke and then here I met my girlfriend, Marina. Yes, here
she is now. My girlfriend said that she was running away
from crazy 12 years old girl, because she didn’t want to
be eaten by her. Then, here came that girl. First she took
on my girlfriend and then on me!”
“Listen, let’s get out of here” Josh replied. 
“Only if you come for our wedding” Fred answered and
gave long kiss to crocodile in her mouth. 
Then, here came the powerful girl’s voice from down the
throat “Ahhh!!!”
“I am so out of here!” screamed Josh and ran toward the
entrance of girl’s mouth.
“Ok, we too” Fred replied and they both jumped from
girl’s mouth, just a few seconds before she closed it.
Then the girl looked at Josh, Freddy and his crocodile
“Ok, I think I am not going to eat anyone this evening.
Gotta brush my teeth. Every delicious body good night!”
“Good night” said Josh, Fred and crocodile while
watching the girl leaving the study room. The room had one
big window. The crocodile came over that window and opened
it. Fresh evening breeze puffed from it. The crocodile
demonstrated her beautiful 2 meters long slender hinder legs
to boys and said oh so sweetly “Ok boys, climb on me, I
will give you a ride.”  
Fred right away moved toward Marina, but Josh hesitated.
Fred adjusted two seats on the back of crocodile and waved
to Josh “Come on don’t be afraid. I’ve been traveling
like that many times!”
Suddenly, the fear and hesitation left Josh. Quickly he
approached the crocodile, climbed on her wide back and took
a sit on the chair right next to his roommate, Fred. 
“Don’t forget to fasten your belt” Fred friendly
reminded. 
“Sure, Freddy” Josh happily replied and attached the end
of the belt to the other side of the chair. In less than a
minute, the crocodile with two students at The University of
Toronto was gliding in the air. Somewhere, near the faculty
of biology the 12 years old girl shot the professor of
biochemistry from her butt and right after he popped into
the air she began to sing a song “Charge it up, take an
aim and fire away, fire away!” She did it to the professor
because he tried to kill her by spraying toxic substance
from his burette over her face. 
Somewhere hundred yards away, one twelve years old boy took
his grandpa tank and demolished the entire police
department, because the police officers in here were not
nice and wanted to take over the world to make everyone
slaves to them.
Sweet summer breeze cooled the air, and stars spread
throughout the sky with white chalky lines. 
What a wonderful summer evening. Everybody goodnight!
