I'll drown mine in tears...
That way, while I'm cursed with sympathy,
You'll curse those who follow you with fear.

You hate with a fiery heart and a hard headed mind,
I try to love with a broken heart, skived Thoroughly with
time.
That way, while I'm trying to hold onto a ledge,
Your standing on the only bridge that isn't hollow inside.

You'll get your way with deceit, and carefully planned
trickery,
I'll be cheated out again, because I chose honesty.
And while your out making your own mistakes and not feeling
the least bit of remorse...
I'll be stuck here, picking up the shattered pieces of
fallen dreams. 

And while you start thunderstorms and watch pitilessly while
it wrecks everyones day.
I'll be one of the ones stuck in the rain.
While you sit comfortably in the only shelter for miles
around.
I'll be stuck in this permanency where my skies always seem
to fade to gray. 

You took the easy way out, and your luck will probably
continue as it is...
I took the hard way, as ussual...in hopes of finding a
better end.
And while you stare at me and wonder why I'm the only one
not following you...
I'll be creating something unbreakable, which you cannot
reach within.
