   LOVE EVOLVES
               By Artemis Quill 2024
“No complaints, overwhelmed by blessings”

When youthful Chad and Bonnie first did meet,
Their laughter echoed, and their eyes did play,
In innocent delight, they found retreat,
Together roaming, on a sunny day.

But as the seasons passed, and years went by,
Their friendship deepened, and love did grow,
Their hearts, once pure, now beat with tender sigh,
And whispers sweet, their love did slowly show.

Their hands, once clasped in friendship's gentle grasp,
Now held each other close, in love's embracing clasp,
Their lips, once smiling, now met in a kiss,
That sealed their fate, and forever's bliss.

And thus, young Chad and Bonnie's love did rise,
A flame that burns bright, in loving eyes.
