my joy is slight, by waterlily
|
my joy is slight
inn midst of night
my prayer of will
is abbsolute still
my eye of green
does spot the unseen
my heart can feel
upon the dance of a wind so real
my heart can dig
for my good tasting fig
my hand can measure
one solid good treasure
my eye can test
what is missed by the rest
my heart can feel
beyond space or time can reveal
my joy is suptle
inn midst of night rumble
my prayer of hope
is my silent way to cope
my eye of green
can penetrate the unforseen
but upon the whispering wind
i can feel prophecy inside my skin
my eye can test
what is missed by the best
my heart can reveal
trust if i honor my own feel
my joy is slight
in midst of the night
my prayer of will
is abbsolute still |
